Spec in, product out.

I'm a Senior Business Analyst and Experience Design consultant at Thoughtworks, with 10+ years across digital products and innovation. Today my work centers on AI-powered product delivery — shipping working prototypes and production products where AI agents do the heavy lifting, under human direction.

That means designing agentic, multi-agent systems with tool calling and MCP integrations, and shipping them spec-driven — built for production, not demos: AI gateways, guardrails, evals, and end-to-end lineage.

Before the agents, I was the cognitive scientist in the room: running user research in labs, fields and factories, facilitating product strategy workshops, and leading multi-role teams through Scrum, SAFe, and whatever the situation actually required.
